Rental Rates for Self Contained Housing
Rental rates are based on 30% of the applicant’s total monthly income or current market rent. Income verifications are held each year to adjust rental rates as necessary. Tenants must pay for their own electricity. A security deposit is required. It is the responsibility of the Tenant to ensure his/her personal property is insured against damage or loss.
General Rules & Regulations for Self Contained Housing
Tenants are not permitted to have pets or animals in their units. Units are non-smoking. No structural or non-structural alterations (painting and papering, etc.) shall be done by the Tenant without prior consent from Management. The Tenant shall be responsible for damage due to negligence or willful misconduct. Tenants must not leave guests in charge of the premises or have guests stay longer than one week without prior permission from Management. Parking facilities are provided at the Tenant’s own risk.
