Do You Have a Question?

When choosing a Retirement Center for your loved ones or for yourself, there are bound to be lots of questions that come up. Do I have to stay?

Once I move in and find that this is not the place for me, am I free to move? The answer is Yes, we do not want you to feel uncomfortable or obligated to remain in a facility that you are not comfortable in.

Do you offer independent living?

The Marquis Foundation mandate is to allow seniors to live in an independent environment.

Can I have visitors?

Absolutely! No visitors will be turned away unless they are unwell as to keep our residents heathy. We request that children under the age of 12 be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times. Visitor may visit residents in there rooms or in common areas, library, gazebo, atrium, deck.

Is there a waitlist?

Peter Dawson Lodge has availability.

Self Contained Units vary.

Is there a Wi-Fi?

The Peter Dawson Lodge only supplies Wi-Fi for the staff. We have a few different companies to choose from to set up your Wi-Fi.

Is there cable?

The Peter Dawson Lodge has a contract with Shaw that is so much per month, we take care of setting up for you.
